What payment methods can I use?
There are three payment methods:
- Using a credit or debit card.
- Using your mobile with BIZUM
- Using PayPal
- Using a wire transfer.
Is the wine bought by the bottle or by the case?
Wine is purchased by single bottles, taking into account that it is easier for them to be multiples of 6, due to the packaging issue.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices include VAT. Prices are always shown with VAT included, both for products and shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be sent within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment through the company TIP-SA. The customer will be able to check the status of their order with a tracking number provided by TIP-SA.
What happens if a bottle breaks on the way?
If when you receive the order you detect a damp box or suspect that a breakage may have occurred, do not accept the order, and contact us so that we can manage the incident.
