Marqués de Caro Tinto is a young monovarietal red wine made by Bodegas Cherubino Valsangiacomo with 100% Tempranillo grapes. In the winery, the grapes, after being destemmed and crushed, undergo a pre-fermentation maceration and, later, ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
