This Reserva cava, made with the traditional method, has been in the cellar for a minimum of 24 months. Straw yellow in color, with fine and constant bubbles. Soft and delicate, fresh notes appear on the nose, with hints of fennel and ripe fruit. In the mouth it has a honeyed, long and mature mid palate with a very elegant creamy bitter finish.
